Workshop: Echos of Isadora

Sundays, February 9 through May 11

Isadora Duncan, a trailblazing artist and cultural pioneer, ignited the spirit of modernism with her innovative approach to dance. Grounded in breath and the solar plexus as the center of movement, her technique continues to inspire and enhance today’s dance practices. This workshop explores her authentic material through a fresh, contemporary lens shaped by the instructor’s diverse movement background.

To make this experience accessible, the workshop fee is just $15 per session. Dancers who prefer to attend only the technique class are welcome at the same rate. No prior experience in Duncan technique is required—just a willingness to explore and engage with this expressive and influential style.
